Ordering & Account Information
No, an account is not required to place an order. You can check out as a guest anytime.
However, creating an account offers benefits like:
- Access to order history & status details
- Faster checkout with saved addresses & payment info
- Easy re-ordering of past purchases
Modifications: In some cases, we may be able to adjust an order before it ships. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed, you may request cancellation under My Account > Orders by clicking the "Cancel Order" link. Orders process quickly, so the cancellation window is limited.
We accept all major credit and debit cards during our secure checkout process.
Shipping & Returns
For customers in the contiguous United States (AKA "lower 48" and D.C.):
- Orders $25+: FREE shipping
- Orders under $25: Low flat rate of $6.95
For customers in other U.S. locations, available FedEx and UPS shipping options will be presented during checkout.
Shipping costs (if any) are displayed during checkout before your order is placed.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
- Processing time: 24–48 hours
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Registered users can also find tracking details in My Account > Orders.
No, at this time, we only ship within the United States from our domestic warehouses.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and require proof of purchase along with a return authorization (RMA) from QEP Customer Service. Defective items qualify for free return shipping and a full refund, while non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Final sale items cannot be returned.
