Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Returns require proof of purchase and an authorization number (RMA) issued by QEP Customer Service.
If the item is defective:
- Free return shipping label issued to customer
- Full refund issued to customer upon receipt of goods
- Goods must be shipped in resealed carton and marked "Defective"
If the item is NOT defective:
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- Refund amount equal to subtotal of returned item(s) less 15% restocking fee
- Refund issued to customer upon receipt of goods in expected condition: 1.) Item is complete, in original packaging, and original condition. 2.) Item is not used, damaged, marked, etc.
Clearance / Closeout sales are final and not returnable.
Return address and any additional instructions will be given by QEP Customer Service at the time of the return authorization. Goods returned without an authorization number issued by QEP Customer Service Goods shipped will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
